Who are we and what are our goals
We are Sanne and Maxim, both twenty-ish. We are both dutch students and passionate about cooking. Delicate Cooking is a place for us to share the food we discover on our travels and also the food we eat every day of the week.
Since we are both still studying we have to deal with cooking in a student kitchen. Looking around we can see other students trying to cook in a small kitchen and sometimes failing miserably at it. It can be hard to cook when you are limited in space but we found out that everyone can cook delicious food no matter what the circumstances are.
Another important point in cooking is, of course, the time it takes. During weekdays we often have little time to cook but still want to eat healthy and nutritious food. A lot of people decide to order food or get take-away. This is often expensive and not as healthy as some people might believe. We realized that learning people to cook can have so many benefits. It will make people eat healthier, feel better and hopefully even enjoy cooking more.
That is why we started Delicate Cooking. We want to make cooking easier for everyone by developing easy to follow recipes that anyone can make. We develop recipes that can be made in 15 minutes but also recipes that take a lot longer for the weekends or on days that you want to show off.
Developing our recipes is an ongoing process and we tweak our recipes time and time again to create the perfect recipe for you. We hope our recipes can help your cooking go to the next level and make healthier cooking easier for you. For us, it is important to share our experiences cooking and in the meantime trying to get people to cook more.
