Cranberry Jam
This is how to make Cranberry Jam. Delicious on as a spread on sandwiches or as a side dish with a schnitzel!

Ingredients
- 200gr cranberries
- 200gr caster sugar
- 100ml water
Directions
- Step 1
- Wash the cranberries if necessary and add to a pan.
- Step 2
- Add the caster sugar and water to the plan and heat up on a medium heat.
- Step 3
- Once the mixture is bubbling turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the right consistency is achieved (be aware, the mixture will thicken even more when cooled down)
- Step 4
- Cool down the mixture and store in airtight containers in the fridge for a few months.
