This is our guide on Garlic Chili Oil! This oil can be used in a variety of recipes like pasta arrabiata or eggs in purgatory!

Chili Garlic Oil

A quick and easy infused oil that can be used in a lot of recipes!

Ingredients
  • 4 red chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 300 ml of olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Place a saucepan on medium-low heat.
Step 2
Poke a few holes in the peppers and add to the pan along with the olive oil.
Step 3
Deskin the garlic and add to the pan along with the chili flakes.
Step 4
Leave this on for about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Turn off the heat and let completely cool off.
Step 6
Strain out the peppers, chili flakes, and garlic.
Step 7
Place in the desired pot.
Step 8
Ready to use this oil!
