Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- Thumb-size piece of ginger
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 fresh green chile
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons ground almonds
- 15 grams fresh coriander
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 0.5 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Step 1
- This recipe can be made in either a food processor or a pestle and mortar.
- Step 2
- Peel the garlic and ginger and add to the food processor.
- Step 3
- Throw in all the other ingredients and process to a paste-like consistency.
